• Hospital/Facility Size (# beds/exam rooms): Small Behavioral Health
• Schedule: M-F 8a - 4:30p; 1 Night Per Week 4:30p - 8:00a;
• Patient Volume: Average 10 per day
• Patient Ages: Adult; Ages 18 and up
• IP/OP: Inpatient Only
• Call: Occasional Weekend Fri - 4:30p until Mon - 8a
• Support Staff: Fully Staffed
• Responsibilities: Admissions and Discharge/Consults/Evaluations/Med Check
• Charting/Dictation: EMR (training available)
• BC/BE Requirement: BC or BE (no more than 6 years after graduation)
• DEA / CSR Requirements: Clear and Active DEA
• Medicare / Medicaid Requirements: Need their own active Medicare/Medicaid #'s
• Certification Requirements (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, etc.) BLS
• Additional Info: Occasionally will be called to attend Court on Fridays (offer testimony regarding patient's mental capacity). Would need to meet at the courthouse in the morning and then complete shift at hospital. 3 treatment wards: Adult, Geriatric, and Intensive
