*Location: South Washington state; near Oregon border; within about 40 miles of Portland
*Coverage: Full-Time; Ongoing
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted WA License; IMLC bids eligible
- Clean DEA & NPDB (no active suits or unresolved cases)
- Minimum 3-6 month commitment
- Must be Board Certified
- Acquire WA DEA
- Must have COVID vaccines
