*Location: Smyrna, Northern Georgia
*Setting: Inpatient
*Coverage: Full-time
*Start Date: November 2, 2022
*End Date: Ongoing
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted license
- Must be Board Eligible at minimum
- IMLC Bids accepted
- Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases)
- Must be able to treat ages 12 and up
*Credentialing Timeframe: 21 days
