**Psychiatry Opening in Altoona, PA** Located in South Central Pennsylvania - 100m to Pittsburgh **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Employed - Inpatient Psych - Practice: 5 Psychiatrists - Workload: Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit + IP consultations - Call Schedule: 1:7; or as needed - Work Schedule: Monday Friday; plus weekend coverage - Patient Load: Moderate - Behavioral Health/Community - Mental Health **Compensation:** - Base salary = $240,000 - Weekend call stipend: avg 10 weekends per Year x $4,200 per weekend = $42,000 - Total est. comp = $282,000 - Malpractice Insurance: Yes, occurrence based - Health Insurance: Yes, family coverage - Vision/Dental: Yes, family - Life Insurance: Yes - Disability Insurance: Yes - Paid Time Off (PTO) = 20 days per year - CME: 10 days, $3,250 annual allowance - Retirement: Physician participates in: A) Savings Plan: Physician can contribute and Hospital Matches at 50% up to 6% of comp.
