Outpatient Psychiatry Opportunity in La Grande, OR We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented professional to join our Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic in the Pacific Northwest.   • Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($325k+), including: - RVU production bonus based on annual threshold - Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually

Position Details Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic Four 10-hour days per week Average 12-16 patients per day 1:1 Clinical Support Staff Team-shared phone call for established patients only Full-time, permanent position Utilizes Epic EMR Community Details Located in a scenic Pacific Northwest community, nestled in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains and surrounded by the Eagle Caps, Wallowa, and Elkhorn mountain ranges. The area features: Above-average school system (as rated by GreatSchools.org) A variety of outdoor activities, including: - Biking, hiking, alpine lakes, skiing, rock climbing, water sports, hunting, fishing, and bird watching - Mt.
