Practice Overview

  • You’ll join a growing behavioral health team within a respected, not-for-profit healthcare system
  • 100% outpatient model with integrated primary and behavioral healthcare across multiple sites
  • Opportunities to supervise, consult, and lead autism-focused programming in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Access to an autism center in our facility in South Yuma County and newly renovated clinical facilities

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call
  • Biweekly individual and group sessions for youth and parents, aligned with the academic calendar
  • Option to live anywhere in the region with flexibility around clinic assignments
  • Full-time position with family-friendly hours and a focus on continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with experience-based compensation
  • Retention bonus up to 5% of annual salary, with flexible payout options
  • Relocation assistance ($3,000 in-state / $5,000 out-of-state)

Candidate Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, BCBA, or related field
  • Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Arizona with relevant board standing
  • Minimum three years’ experience in BCBA-based programming; supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based approaches for ASD and co-occurring conditions
