2 Locum openings for Psyc MD's in North Carolina!

First Opening: Weekends Need two providers to alternate every other weekend
Location: Outside of Charlotte, NC
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Length of Assignment: 3-6 months+ extension
Credentialing: 90-120 days, but they can grant temps in 30-45
Patient Volume: up to 40 patients between both units
Setting: All Ages Inpatient
EMR: Epic
Details: weekend rounding on inpatient units 7S and 7N Night call on Friday night from 4.30 pm to 8am Saturday, and Sunday 8am to 8 am Monday; or Saturday 8am to 8am Sunday, PLUS round daily on Saturday and Sunday on adult and child/adolescent patients - shared between two MD's with census of 32, but with growth census will go up to 40 patients.
Staffing Mix: They will be working with RN's, NP's, and other Psych MD's.

Second Opening: Psych ER Consults/ Med Floor Consults Full Time
Location: Outside of Charlotte, NC
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Length of Assignment: 3-6 months+ extension
Credentialing: 90-120 days, but they can grant temps in 30-45
Patient Volume:
Setting: Psych ER
EMR: Epic
Details: cover consults Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Responsible for consults to ER and med/surg floor.
Works with and supervises PMHNP's on these services
Shares in weekend coverage of consult service (Saturday & Sunday 8am - 5pm)Night call one night a week would be helpful (if available)Cross cover inpatient service if consults slow, call outs on inpatient unit, or vacation coverage as needed
