We are seeking a dedicated Preventive Medicine Physician to join a respected healthcare setting in Klamath Falls, OR. This role focuses on population health, disease prevention, wellness strategies, chronic disease risk reduction, and evidence-based community care initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop strategies for disease prevention and chronic illness reduction
• Manage screenings for hypertension, diabetes, obesity, cancer, and cardiovascular risk factors
• Promote immunization programs and preventive care guidelines
• Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, smoking cessation, and lifestyle medicine
• Support occupational, travel, or community health initiatives as applicable
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and public health partners
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and quality metrics
Qualifications
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Preventive Medicine
• Active Oregon Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA License required (if prescribing)
• BLS Certification required
• Experience in primary care, occupational medicine, public health, or wellness programs preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
Working Hours
• Day shift (outpatient clinic hours)
