Mobile Podiatrist for the West Coast of Florida
Flexible Schedule for Full time or Part-time

Large Podiatry group is seeking full-time or part-time Independent Contractor Podiatrists to see patients in nursing homes. They have facilities located throughout Florida from the Panhandle region on south. Doctors are paid a per diem rate of pay per nursing home session. Each session is paid at $400 and you would also receive a monthly transportation allowance which is based upon how many facilities you visit each month. There is a maximum of 2 sessions per day which would equal $800 per day. Following each session you would login to the health record system to complete consult notes.

The office would provide the list of patients to prior to your visit so you know exactly who you will be seeking. Most of the sessions consist of routine podiatric care and also treat issues such as ingrown, corns, calluses, diabetic ulcers.

Since you would be an Independent Contractor you would need to provide your own malpractice and have a valid drivers license and car.

Salary is typically between $80,000 to $150,000 per year.
