Scope of Practice • Diabetic foot care. • Routine and high-risk foot care. • Heel pain, plantar fasciitis, and tendon disorders. • Ingrown toenails and skin/nail conditions. • Bunion and hammertoe correction. • Forefoot and rearfoot elective procedures. • Fall-risk assessments and preventative foot care. • Comprehensive general podiatry with an emphasis on developing long-term patient relationships. Candidate Qualifications • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM). • Board Certified in Podiatric Medicine or Foot & Ankle Surgery. • Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure. • 2–5+ years of practice experience preferred. • Experience treating diabetic foot conditions and general podiatric pathology preferred. • Rural or community practice experience is a plus but not required. • Strong interest in comprehensive general podiatry and developing long-term patient relationships. • Visa sponsorship is not available.
