Podiatrist (DPM) – Full-Time
Location: Hayward, CA
Join a mission-driven healthcare team seeking a Podiatrist (DPM) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions while also serving as a clinical resource and mentor to staff.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Compensation: $179,046 – $226,824 annually (DOE) + full benefits package
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat foot, ankle, and lower leg conditions
- Perform in-office procedures and minor surgical interventions
- Prescribe orthotics, medications, and treatment plans
- Educate patients on preventive care and chronic condition management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide consults
- Mentor clinical staff and support best practices
Requirements:
- DPM degree from an accredited program
- Active California Podiatry license
- DEA and CPR certification
Preferred:
- Community health or outpatient experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
