This is a permanent positions – not locums.

Private Practice
Near Beachwood, NJ

Position open due to growth of the organization
Monday through Friday
No weekends
No Call
Majority of their procedures are done at their two ASCs – both have MIS
Larger procedures (surgical etc) are done in hospital if an overnight stay is required
Payor mix is 85% commercial insurance
Strong Base salary and production
Tiered bonus structure base on collections
Partnership potential after 2 years
Option to buy into the ASC
They are majority owners and management of both ASCs

Job Responsibilities

Clinical Care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of foot and ankle disorders in both office and surgical settings. 
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing conservative and surgical management strategies. 
• Manage conditions including: 
o Foot and ankle fractures 
o Achilles tendon disorders 
o Sports injuries 
o Arthritis and degenerative conditions 
o Foot and ankle deformities 
o Tendon and ligament injuries 
o Diabetic foot conditions 
o Charcot arthropathy 
o Neuromas 
o Plantar fasciitis 
o Flatfoot and cavus foot deformities 
o Hallux valgus and forefoot pathology 
• Interpret diagnostic imaging including X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and ultrasound studies. 
• Perform in-office procedures and injections as appropriate. \

Surgical Responsibilities
• Perform a comprehensive range of foot and ankle surgical procedures, including: 
o Forefoot reconstruction 
o Rearfoot reconstruction 
o Ankle arthroscopy 
o Tendon and ligament repair/reconstruction 
o Fracture fixation 
o Flatfoot reconstruction 
o Charcot reconstruction 
o Achilles tendon procedures 
o Hindfoot and midfoot fusion procedures 
o Total ankle replacement (if trained) 
o Revision foot and ankle surgery 
• Participate in surgery center and hospital-based surgical programs. 
• Ensure compliance with all surgical documentation and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution. 
• Completion of a PMSR/RRA residency program. 
• Board Qualified or Board Certified through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS). 
• Eligibility for unrestricted New Jersey podiatric licensure. 
• DEA registration and controlled substance license.

Working Hours

Monday through Friday
NO weekends

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
Preferred
• Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Reconstruction, Trauma, Sports Medicine, or Limb Salvage. 
• Experience in a high-volume orthopedic or multidisciplinary practice. 
• Strong interest in practice growth and leadership opportunities. 
• Expertise in advanced reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.
