We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Podiatrist (DPM) to provide comprehensive foot and ankle care directly in patients’ homes. 🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive podiatric evaluations in home settings

• Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions, including wounds, infections, and musculoskeletal issues

• Perform diabetic foot care, nail care, and callus management

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists

• Educate patients on preventive care, wound management, and foot health

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

✅ Qualifications

Required:

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited program

• Active New York State podiatry license

• DEA registration

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Experience with geriatric or homebound populations

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable practicing independently in community settings
