We are seeking an experienced Podiatrist for a locum tenens assignment at the Cherokee Nation Outpatient Health Center in Tahlequah, OK. This is a high-quality clinical setting with full staff support, a broad scope of practice, and a consistent weekday schedule.

📅 Assignment Details

🗓 Start Date: ASAP
🗓 End Date: April 25, 2026 (Possible Extension)
⏰ Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• 8 hours per day

• No scheduled weekend call

• Occasional weekend inpatient rounds if needed

💵 Rate: $163/hr

🏥 Practice Overview

👥 Patient Volume: Up to 35 patients per day (clinic)
🦴 Scope of Practice:

• Full-spectrum foot and ankle pathology

• Outpatient clinic care

• Inpatient consults and management

• Inpatient & outpatient surgery

• Foot and ankle procedures, orthotics, and therapeutic treatments

👩‍⚕️ Support Staff:

• Full clinic nursing and support staff available

• Well-organized, team-based care model

✅ Candidate Requirements

📌 Active Oklahoma License
📌 Oklahoma CDS
📌 DEA License (any valid state)
📌 Board Certified or Residency Trained (ACGME or AOA)
📌 Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience
📌 BLS & ACLS (AHA not required)
🚫 No malpractice history, remedial plans, or red flags
