Job description
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Podiatrist for a locum tenens assignment providing podiatric hospitalist coverage across two affiliated hospitals and an outpatient clinic. The role includes inpatient consults, urgent/emergent surgical cases, post-operative rounding, and one half-day post-op clinic per week. Wound care experience is highly preferred.
$210/night (On-call)
Job Responsibilities
• One 4-hour post-op clinic per week
• Coverage across two hospitals based on daily consult needs
• Adults primarily (limited pediatrics with partner support)
Qualifications
• Surgical podiatry experience required
• BLS & ATLS required
• Active Minnesota license or Compact eligibility (IMLC)
• Flu vaccination (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
