Assignment Dates:

Schedule & Volume:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
-
Up to 35 patients per day
-
No weekend call
-
Occasional weekend inpatient rounds if required
Practice Details:
-
Outpatient clinic with inpatient responsibilities
-
Full scope of foot & ankle pathology
-
Inpatient and outpatient surgery
-
Inpatient consults and management
-
Strong nursing and clinic staff support
Responsibilities:
-
Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions
-
Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures
-
Prescribe orthotics and therapeutic treatments
Requirements:
-
Active Oklahoma license (required)
-
Board Certified (BC / ACGME / AOA residency)
-
Minimum 2 years of recent experience
-
BLS & ACLS (AHA not required)
-
Any valid state DEA
-
Oklahoma CDS
-
Clean malpractice and credentialing history
