Full time
Part of an award-winning, nationally recognized, integrated, not-for-profit healthcare system, is seeking a 9th Foot & Ankle Surgeon to join our established and high-performing team. This position supports multiple locations across Hampton Roads and will play a key role in expanding services, a 224-bed community hospital with modern facilities and excellent specialty support.
This is an exceptional opportunity to practice the full scope of foot and ankle surgery within a well-resourced, collegial environment backed by one of the top healthcare systems in the country.
Who We’re Looking For
* Board Certified or Board Eligible DPM
* Completion of a 3-year podiatric residency
* Skilled in a broad range of foot and ankle procedures, ideally including:
* Foot & hindfoot reconstruction
* Total ankle replacement
* Diabetic limb salvage
* Experience or interest in:
* Hospital-based podiatric care
* Managing complex inpatient and outpatient cases
* Collaborating with vascular surgery, orthopedics, and infectious disease
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with referral partners
* Commitment to exceptional quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
