This role focuses on providing comprehensive foot and ankle care, including diagnostics, treatments, minor procedures, and surgical interventions. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, skilled in both conservative and surgical podiatric care, and committed to improving mobility and long-term outcomes for a diverse patient population.
Job Responsibilities
Perform in-office procedures and surgical interventions as appropriate
Manage chronic podiatric conditions such as diabetic foot issues
Provide patient education on prevention, treatment plans, and home care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care and specialists
Interpret imaging studies and diagnostic test results
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Podiatric Medicine and/or Surgery
Active or eligible Oregon medical license
Experience with surgical and nonsurgical podiatric care
Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
Working Hours
Primarily outpatient clinic hours
Shared call rotation may apply depending on facility requirements
Skills
Strong surgical and wound care abilities
Proficiency with podiatric imaging and tools
EMR competency
Excellent interpersonal and patient-care skills
