Job Title: Plastic Surgeon/Hand and Microvascular Surgeon

Job Overview:
We are seeking for the ideal candidate will have specialized training in hand and microvascular surgery and be enthusiastic about joining a successful, well-established practice. You will work alongside experienced partners and have the opportunity to perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures in a fully accredited ambulatory surgery center (ASC), with opportunities for ownership. The practice also features a med spa and participates in covering a Level One trauma center, offering paid hand call.
Job Responsibilities
Participate in covering the Level One trauma center's hand call with compensation.
Collaborate with partners and staff to maintain the high standards of patient care.
Contribute to the growth and success of the practice, with the option to pursue a partnership track.
Perform surgeries in the practice's fully accredited ASC with opportunities for ownership.
Qualifications
Fellowship trained in hand surgery and microvascular surgery.
Strong clinical skills in both aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
Ability to handle a wide range of plastic surgery cases.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
