Overview
StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Cosmetic Facial Plastic Surgeon to lead and grow a high-end facial aesthetics program in a physician-owned, AAAHC-accredited, office-based surgery center. The practice is engineered for cosmetic efficiency—predictable OR access, CRNA support, streamlined prepaid cosmetic workflows, and a concierge patient experience. No hospital call. Primary case mix: facelift/neck lift and rhinoplasty, with complementary facial procedures as desired.
Compensation & Structure
- $700k+ total earnings (Base + % of Collections; upside tied to case mix and utilization)
- W-2 or 1099—your choice
- Relocation/sign-on considered; CME funds; health/retirement available if W-2
Practice Model
- Office-based, AAAHC-accredited center with multiple ORs; many cases under local/MAC with CRNA support
- Predictable OR blocks and surgeon-led consults during ramp; team support scales with volume
- Cosmetic-first revenue cycle with prepaid workflows ensuring clean collections and stable OR days
- No hospital call. (Optional limited breast reconstruction at a nearby hospital only if you want it.)
Case Mix (Your Aesthetic Focus)
- Core: Facelift/neck lift, rhinoplasty
- Adjacents (optional): Brow/forehead lift, otoplasty, chin/jaw implants, facial fat grafting
Candidate Profile
- Training: ABPS (BC/BE), ENT→Facial Plastics (ABOHNS + FP credentials), or AACS fellowship with a strong facial portfolio
- Experience: New grads to ~7 years welcome; program-builder mindset with disciplined photo/consent and follow-up habits
- Professional: Patient-first, kind communicator, collaborative, low-ego team player; clean NPDB
- Louisiana license or eligibility required
