Anaplastologist Needed- Chicago
Work Dates Needed: Oct 1 - Dec 31 2024 with Ongoing Potential
Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p
Worksite Setting: Craniofacial clinic; 8 patients per day, craniofacial and cleft patients; support staff - Front desk, lab tech, RN and dental assistants.
Scope of Work: The position is responsible for the evaluation, planning, design and treatment of pediatric and adult patients with congenital or acquired facial/body anatomical deficits, within a system of outcomes-focused, digitally driven clinical protocols.
Requirements: BLS BC/BE, 3 years Anaplastology experience required, Pediatric and adult experience required, preferred bilingual / Spanish
