Maxim is seeking a Physiatrist/PM&R Physician to help assist in long term coverage needs at a hospital in Tyler, TX!!

Shift times are 7a - 5p; 5p - 7a on call
Aug 30 - Sep 12
October 4-10
October 25-November 7
November 22-December 5
December 20-January 2
