StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $198.00 - 210.00

Rehab Physician Needed
Job Details;
  • November- Ongoing (3 months)- 7 shifts per month 2 weeks on/off
  • Average Patients per day; 12 patients per day
  • Must be Board Certified or True Board Eligible
  • Shift Times; 8am-5pm M-F Call (5p-8a )for weeknights. 24hr weekend call
  • Desired Provider availability: 7 on/off rotation, 2 weeks on/off
  • Age of patients: Adults
  • Must have active Oregon License
  • Life support requirements; Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification and Basic Life support
  • Electronic Medical Records; TBD
  • Paid travel, lodging, and medical malpractice
