Rehab Physician Needed
Job Details;
- November- Ongoing (3 months)- 7 shifts per month 2 weeks on/off
- Average Patients per day; 12 patients per day
- Must be Board Certified or True Board Eligible
- Shift Times; 8am-5pm M-F Call (5p-8a )for weeknights. 24hr weekend call
- Desired Provider availability: 7 on/off rotation, 2 weeks on/off
- Age of patients: Adults
- Must have active Oregon License
- Life support requirements; Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification and Basic Life support
- Electronic Medical Records; TBD
- Paid travel, lodging, and medical malpractice
