Inpatient Unit

• 22 bed Inpatient Rehab Unit (all private rooms)
• adults, 18 and up
• types of patients: 1/3 ortho, 1/3 neuro, 1/3 medical
• average daily census is 16.5
• average length of stay is 10 – 14 days
• Physiatrist admits, referrals from community and HPN providers
• average number of admissions per day is 1.5
• average number of discharges per day is 1.5
• H&P’s are completed by physiatrist

Plans to obtain Certification in Stroke CARF

Contract Terms:

• Contract for full time, including Co-Medical Directorship (stipend)
