Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p
Call: Every 3rd weekend; rounding coverage Saturday or Sunday, 8:00a-4:30p
Practice Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation
Patient Volume: Approximately 12-15 inpatients
EMR: Epic
Licensing: Active Indiana license required (IMLC not accepted); Indiana DEA and CSR required; BC/BE accepted
Required Skills: General PM&R, inpatient rehabilitation management, rounding, and standard physiatry services
Other Key Details: Potential cross-credentialing opportunity for additional coverage in Dyer. Epic experience preferred, but training is available. Must have active Indiana licensure at presentation.
