Urgent PM&R coverage needed in Iowa for the following dates:
Estimated Credentialing Timeline: 30-60 days
EMR: Cerner
- Monday, September 14-Sunday, September 20th
- Monday, September 21st-Sunday, September 27th
Travel, lodging, rental vehicle and malpractice coverage provided while on assignment.
Additional coverage dates possible beyond listed.
Schedule:
- Daily onsite needs (8a-5p w/1 hour unpaid lunch) + Weekday call TBD
- Daily work schedule: rounds on patients daily, care conferences 2x per week
Hospitalist team handles the med management for the patient
Support staff available to assist: 2 NPsEstimated Credentialing Timeline: 30-60 days
EMR: Cerner
Qualifications
Active IA License or Active IMLC LOQ (please upload LOQ at time of name clear - [REQUIRED]
Clean Malpractice/Background - [REQUIRED] - please upload Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) at time of presentation
Certification Requirements
Board Certified in PM&R
Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS) DEA
State License Requirements: Iowa
