We’re searching for a Physician-Leader for a brand-new Inpatient Rehabilitation hospital in central Connecticut. As the founding Medical Director, you’ll have a meaningful voice in shaping the clinical program, developing relationships with referring physicians, and creating the kind of rehabilitation practice you’ve always wanted to lead!
This isn’t about inheriting someone else’s model. It’s about helping create one.
The leadership team is intentionally flexible. Whether your preference is a traditional inpatient rehabilitation model with Internal Medicine support, developing specialty programs such as brain injury rehabilitation, or building a practice around your own clinical interests, you’ll have the opportunity to help define the direction of the hospital from day one.
