Overview:
* Opportunity to serve as Medical Director for a CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation unit
* Lead a 39-bed inpatient rehabilitation program
* Daily collaboration with therapists, NPs, PAs, nurses, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation staff
* Oversight of clinical quality initiatives and patient outcomes
* Collaborative partnership with hospitalist team for medical management support
* Comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation services for stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputations, trauma, and orthopedic recovery
* Leadership-focused rehabilitation opportunity within a team-based care model
* Strong interdisciplinary rehabilitation support structure
* Opportunity to combine clinical rehabilitation care with administrative leadership responsibilities

Comp/Benefits:
* Two-year guaranteed salary of $307,613
* $100,000 recruitment incentive
