- Monday - Friday 40 hours a week 1 hour lunch
- Must be board certified in PMR
- AK License or IMLC
- Comfortable with Patients Per Shift: 15-23
- Preferred experience with Epic EMR
- Initial assignment duration: 8/15/2026-3/31/2027
