Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
✔ Board Eligible or Board Certified in PM&R – REQUIRED
✔ Active New York License (or eligible) – REQUIRED
✔ DEA (must obtain prior to start) – REQUIRED
✔ Clean malpractice history – HIGHLY PREFERRED
✔ Must disclose visa requirement status (No visa support available)
✔ NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
✔ Local candidates within 30 miles cannot be considered
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Competitive package with strong incentives:
• Base Salary: $250,000 – $270,000
