🏥 Practice Overview

• 2-provider team (1 physician + 1 APP)
• Mix of clinic + procedural days
• Adult patient population (18+)
• 20–22 clinic patients/day

• Trigger Point Injections (TPI)
• Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS)
• Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
• Nerve Blocks (NB)
• Additional interventional pain procedures

• Duration: 8 weeks

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology or PM&R
