Opportunity Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:
• Estimated annual compensation: $232,000 – $279,000+ (uncapped productivity)

Qualifications:
• MD or DO with Arizona license (or ability to obtain)
• BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation preferred
• Experience in post-acute, acute care, ED, or clinic settings preferred
• New graduates considered
• Strong communication and leadership skills
