- Other Details: We are seeking a board-eligible Physical Medicine Rehabilitation physician with a New York medical license and BLS certification, with 1–2 years of post-fellowship experience, to provide ambulatory care and procedural services in both clinic and OR settings. The role involves performing interventional pain procedures including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar ESI and MBB, RFA, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, sacroiliac joint injections, spinal cord stimulator trials, genicular nerve blocks and RFA, intercoseal nerve blocks, and piriformis injections. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with office call coverage after hours and on weekends, and the provider will float between the ambulatory clinic and OR space as needed. Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care, coordinating diagnostic and treatment procedures, supervising and instructing staff, participating in quality assurance activities, serving as faculty for trainees, complying with all regulatory standards, and maintaining professional, respectful, and cooperative interactions with patients and staff across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics.

Job Responsibilities
* Perform interventional pain procedures including ESI and MBB (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), RFA, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, sacroiliac joint injections, spinal cord stimulator trials, genicular nerve blocks and RFA, intercoseal nerve blocks, and piriformis injections
* Coordinate diagnostic and treatment procedures and referrals
* Supervise, instruct, and support clinic and OR staff
* Participate in quality assurance activities and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
* Serve as faculty for trainees, including residents and medical students
* Maintain professional, respectful, and cooperative interactions with patients and staff across all age groups
Qualifications
* Active New York medical license
* BLS certification
* 1–2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience
* Ability to perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures
* Professional demeanor with excellent communication and teaching skills
Working Hours
* Office call coverage after hours and on weekends
* Float between ambulatory clinic and OR space as needed
Skills
* Clinical assessment and management of patients across all age groups (neonates to geriatrics)
* Ability to supervise and instruct staff and trainees
