A rehabilitation hospital in Longview, Texas is seeking a Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician) to join its inpatient rehabilitation program. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative clinical environment, and the ability to provide comprehensive rehabilitation care for patients recovering from complex medical conditions.
Position Highlights
• Practice within a 36-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital

Practice Scope
• Provide medical oversight for patients undergoing intensive rehabilitation
• Manage patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, trauma, neurological disorders, orthopedic injury, and amputation
• Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to develop individualized rehabilitation plans
• Monitor patient progress and guide recovery through coordinated care
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning
Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong interest in inpatient rehabilitation and multidisciplinary care
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services
