Great Locum PM&R Physician opportunity in Canandaigua, New York! Work in a modern outpatient pain management clinic providing comprehensive care for patients with musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions. This assignment offers competitive pay, travel coverage, and a collaborative care environment with strong clinical support.
Job Responsibilities
🩺 Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
💉 Perform interventional pain procedures such as ESI, MBB, RFA, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections
📋 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
🤝 Collaborate with nurses and clinical staff to deliver quality patient care
📝 Maintain accurate patient documentation in EMR systems
🏥 Provide occasional coverage at ambulatory clinic and procedure space as needed
Qualifications
✔ Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Management / PM&R
✔ Active New York medical license
✔ Minimum 1–2 years of experience post fellowship
✔ BLS certification required
✔ Epic EMR experience preferred
Working Hours
🕒 Monday – Friday
⏰ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift)
📞 Office call only after hours and weekends
📅 26-week locum assignment
