Job description

We're adding another Sports/Spine Physiatrist to our strong academic, comprehensive PM&R team. This is a large specialty and teaching hospital that has served the community for more than 160 years and remains a regional leader in rehab, with its well-known orthopedic and sports medicine program. Located in this classic East Coast city neighborhood, you'll enjoy local shops and restaurants integrated into this university-focused community.

This is a terrific opportunity to utilize your sports medicine and interventional spine skills within a strong orthopedic practice and a built-in referral base. The practice is primarily outpatient and highly collaborative, working closely with orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine physicians who value the role of physiatry in managing non-operative spine and sports injuries.

Highlights

• Outpatient MSK, Sports, and Spine-focused practice
• Work alongside orthopedic and sports medicine specialists
• Established referral base and strong patient demand
• Interventional spine skills preferred, fellowship preferred
• Competitive compensation and benefits

Located in one of the more intellectual/academic parts of the city, with a diverse, lively, and walkable area with tree-lined streets near the university. Baltimore offers numerous great neighborhoods, waterfront living, and easy access to Washington DC, Philadelphia, and the Northeast corridor, making it attractive for physicians who want both culture and convenience.
