Coverage Details
-- October 26th - November 1st-- December 21st - 27th
-- February 15th - 21st
-- Full-time
Shift Details
-- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
-- Between 1-3 physicians
-- On call every 3rd weekend
-- On site Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM followed by call coverage Saturday 12 am - Monday 12 am
-- Rounding required while on call
Requirements
-- Active Indiana license
-- Active DEA
-- Active CSR
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible
-- Must be willing to cross credential to possibly work in Dyer
Assignment Details
-- Inpatient rehab unit
-- Patient volume: 12-15
-- EMR: Epic experience preferred; training/orientation available if needed
-- Beds: 180+
-- Level III Trauma Center
-- Primary Stroke Center
