๐ฐ Starting at $250,000 + Quarterly RVU Bonus
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physiatrist to join our growing outpatient musculoskeletal practice. With four established locations in Rego Park, Bushwick, North Bronx, and South Bronx, we provide advanced diagnostic and interventional services in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
This position will primarily cover our Bushwick and Rego Park offices.
๐ Position Overview

100% Outpatient Musculoskeletal Practice
-
20โ28 patients per day
-
PA/NP support on most evaluation days

Strong administrative and clinical team support
๐ฉป Key Responsibilities
-
Perform initial evaluations and periodic re-evaluations
-
Diagnose pain resulting from injury, disease, or disabling conditions
-
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
-
Perform trigger point, soft tissue, and joint injections
-
Conduct or oversee electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCV)
-
Order and interpret imaging (X-rays, CT scans, MRI, Ultrasound)

Prescribe orthotics and ensure proper fitting
-
Lead and collaborate with physical therapists and clinical staff
-
Counsel patients and families on treatment and lifestyle modifications
-
Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation (EHR)
๐ Education & Requirements
-
MD or DO
-
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (ABPMR)
-
Active New York State medical license
-
BLS certification
-
Clinical experience in pain management and physical medicine preferred
๐ก Knowledge & Experience

Outpatient musculoskeletal practice experience preferred

Experience with injections and pain management strategies

Ability to treat patients of all ages

Leadership experience working with PTs and clinical teams

W2 Base Salary starting at $250,000 (commensurate with experience)
