Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation of N.Y., P.C. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our growing team. We provide a broad range of advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services across our four offices located in Rego Park, Bushwick, North Bronx, and South Bronx.

Our practice specializes in comprehensive outpatient musculoskeletal and spine care, with a strong focus on interventional pain procedures. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care through a collaborative team of physicians, physical therapists, and medical technicians.

🔎 Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in interventional pain and spine procedures and a passion for treating patients with acute to chronic pain conditions in a multidisciplinary setting.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with acute and chronic pain conditions

• Perform interventional pain and spine procedures

• Provide comprehensive care, including:

  • Pre-procedure education

  • Obtaining informed consent

  • Post-procedure monitoring

• Maintain high clinical productivity

• Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams

👨‍⚕️ Physician Profile

• Experience in Interventional Pain Management, specializing in spine procedures

• Active and unrestricted New York State medical license

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment planning

• Experience with Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and No-Fault cases preferred

• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate

🎓 Education & Training

• MD or DO from an accredited institution

• Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management (preferred)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (ABA, ABPM, or equivalent)

💪 Physical Requirements

• Extensive standing and walking

• Ability to lift, position, push, and/or transfer patients

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs

📅 Schedule

• Full-Time and/or Part-Time opportunities available

• Travel required between Bushwick and Rego Park locations

💰 Compensation

• W2 Base Salary commensurate with experience

• Productivity Bonus

• Full-Time Starting Salary: $300,000 – $350,000 annually

• Part-Time: Competitive hourly rate + Productivity Bonus
