Coverage Needed
- Start Date: July 8, 2026
- Daily hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- On Call Weekend: Saturday or Sunday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM rounding in person, rest of the time on call (Saturday 12:00 AM to Monday 12:00 AM)
- Open Dates:
- July 8 - July 12, 2026
- July 29 - August 2, 2026
- October 19 - October 24, 2026
Clinical Details
- Inpatient only
- Call Responsibilities: Rounding
- Patient Volume: 12-15
- Procedures: Standard core privileges, General PM&R
- EMR: EPIC (experience preferred, training/orientation available)
Requirements
- Active IN license and IN DEA
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Willingness to cross credential for 2nd location
- Must be available for listed dates
- CV must be in Month / Year format
- Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
- Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
