Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inpatient rehabilitation rounds
• Manage an average patient census of approximately 18 per day
• Lead interdisciplinary care conferences (2x weekly)
• Develop and oversee individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with hospitalists and therapy teams
• Provide documentation and EMR management
• Participate in call rotation as assigned

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Eligible for unrestricted Iowa medical license
• Clean malpractice and professional record
• Strong inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Excellent leadership and interdisciplinary communication skills
