StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Medical Director for one of the nation's largest physician-led post-acute care organizations at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Tucson, Arizona.

Practice Highlights/Qualifications:
• Serve as Medical Director providing clinical leadership and oversight at a post-acute care facility
• Lead interdisciplinary care teams managing rehabilitation and skilled nursing patients
• Oversee quality metrics, regulatory compliance, and care protocols
• Collaborative practice with nurse practitioners, therapists, and nursing leadership
• Monday-Friday day schedule with shared call responsibilities
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation required
• MD/DO from accredited medical school required
• Completion of ACGME-accredited PM&R residency required
• Active or eligible for Arizona medical license
• Prior medical director or leadership experience preferred but not required
