A well-established, physician-led private practice in the Florida Panhandle is seeking a fellowship-trained Pain Management Physician to join a collaborative team of orthopedic and musculoskeletal specialists. • Office-based consultations for acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain

• Image-guided procedures including epidurals, facet blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulator trials

• Collaboration with onsite surgical, imaging, and rehabilitation teams

• Optional academic involvement available through a regional medical school partner

🎓 Qualifications

• MD or DO; completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship

• Board-certified/eligible in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology

• Active or eligible Florida medical license
