Job description
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our growing post-acute care team in the Tucson, Arizona area.
This is a full-time opportunity (5 days per week) providing care in skilled nursing facilities. You’ll enjoy excellent clinical support, autonomy in your practice, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives during pivotal recovery moments.
Compensation & Benefits-
Estimated annual compensation: $232,000 – $279,000

In this position, you will:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations

Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans

Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
-
Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies
-
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
You will work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team, building strong relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications-
Active Arizona physician license and DEA

Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency department, or clinic settings preferred but not required
