Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in PM&R/Physiatry
- Ability to get and maintain an Arizona Medical License
- Preferred ability to treat complex patients with spinal cord and brain injuries
- Medical Directorship - Minimum of 1-2 years post-residency training
