Seeking a PM&R Physician to join a post-acute care team in the Tucson, Arizona area. This full-time opportunity involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities with strong clinical support, flexible scheduling, and uncapped earning potential.
Position Highlights

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments including medical histories and physical exams
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree
Active Arizona medical license and DEA
Experience in post-acute, acute, emergency, or clinic settings preferred

Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards

Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated annual compensation range of $232,000 – $279,000
