Job description
Medical Doctor – Life Care Plan Reviewer- North Carolina
We are seeking a North Carolina -licensed Medical Doctor to complete Life Care Plans and serve as an expert witness when needed. Life Care Plans project the lifetime medical costs related to injury. You will have to peer reviewed information prior to cases.
This is telehealth unless a deposition occurs.
Key Details
- Review organized medical records and assessed past and future treatment costs
- Support team provides chronologically prepared records
- Pay per report
- Time commitment: approximately 1.5–2 hours per case
Requirements
- Board Certified in PM&R, Orthopedics, Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Pain Management
- CV
- Ability to go to travel to deposition if required which does not occur often ( travel and time covered )
- NC medical license required
- Life Care Planning certification preferred but not required (training provided)
- No actions on license or malpractice settlements
