Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiatrist (PM&R) specializing in pain management to join our growing practice in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological pain conditions and performing interventional procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage spine and pain-related conditions, including cervical, thoracic, lumbar pain, radiculopathy, disc degeneration, sacroiliitis, post-traumatic headache, and CRPS.
- Develop individualized treatment plans combining conservative care with interventional procedures.
- Perform cervical, thoracic, and lumbar injections (facet, epidural, transforaminal—diagnostic only for cervical) and radiofrequency ablations (RFA).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with Board Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Active and clean Tennessee medical license
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience in pain management
