Contract Length: 8 months
Shift Details:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, Days
Schedule: 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch
Work Details:
· Support Staff:
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: looking for consult coverage
· Patients per day: up to 14 per day
· Patient Population/Age: adult
· Department Description: The regular medical care would be taken care of by the hospitalist
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital Bed size: 372 beds
What types of consults are most common? (stroke, spinal cord injury, trauma, ortho, general deconditioning, etc.) Stroke would be the most common, but all the listed conditions are seen.
Are there procedures expected (EMGs, injections), or is it consultative only? Consultation and management of the patients. Procedures are not typically performed by the PM&R doctors.
Is the PMR provider expected to round daily or only see new consults? Round daily on the patients. We would need a full-time presence on the unit.

· Board Certification: Board Certified in PM&R
· License Required: active OH license preferred, ok to license for this
· DEA: must be in OH for creds and while working
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days for temp, 120 days for full
