Job Description:

Fusion Physical Therapy in Lawton, Oklahoma, is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing practice. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate professional to assist in providing high-quality care to our patients. This part-time position is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who values flexibility and wants to work in a patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide patient education on exercise programs, mobility techniques, and therapeutic interventions.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Work Schedule:

- 1-3 days per week based on patient census.
- Hours: 8-9 hours per day.
- Workdays: Primarily Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (subject to adjustment based on patient needs).

Compensation:

Daily Rate: $400 per full day (8-9 hours).
Partial Day Compensation:- $200 for a half-day.
- $300 if working more than half a day but less than 7 hours.

Training and Development:

- Receive hands-on training from Jason Manning, MSPT, FAAOMPT, AIB-VAM, ATC, DN, to enhance your treatment skills and documentation.

Qualifications:

- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Oklahoma (License #3121 or eligible).
- Experience in physical therapy services such as swing bed programs, home health, or nursing facilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and clinic schedules.

Potential for Full-Time: This position is currently part-time but offers the potential for full-time employment based on clinic needs and mutual agreement. A full-time compensation and benefits package will be discussed should the opportunity arise.
